Official rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility:  The FIJI Summer Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) consists of an instant win (“Instant Win”) and a a sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and is open to legal residents of the 50 United States & District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL or NE). Employees, officers, and directors of FIJI Water Company LLC ("Sponsor"), Brandmovers, Inc., ("Administrator"), and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families ((spouse and biological, adoptive or step-parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren and siblings, and each of their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
  2. Sponsor/Administrator:  The Sponsor is FIJI Water Company LLC, 11444 W. Olympic Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90064. The Administrator is Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318.
  3. Promotion Period.  The Promotion begins on July 15, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
  4. How to Participate/Enter:  To participate in this Promotion, visit www.fijisummersweeps.com(the “Website”) to find, complete and submit the official entry form. Upon submitting the entry form, you will receive an email verification sent to the email address provided on the entry form. To be deemed a valid entry, each entrant is required to complete the steps in the email verification and once the email is verified, each entrant must return to the Website and click the Instant Win button on-screen (a “Instant Win Play”). If the on-screen message that states "You Won,” you are the winner of an Instant Win prize, subject to verification. If the on-screen message states "Sorry You didn't Win” you are not the winner of an Instant Win prize. Upon making an Instant Win Play, each entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing, regardless of whether they are an Instant Win prize winner or not. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Promotion Period. If you are a winner of an Instant Win prize, the screen will provide instructions on how to claim the Instant Win prize per Official Rule 7 below. Instant Win Plays must be completed by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026, to be eligible for a chance to win in this Promotion. Note: the only way to enter the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion is to complete an Instant Win Play.

    Prior to the launch of the Promotion Period, a proprietary randomization code will be used to randomly preselect winning time slots (each a "Winning Timeslot"), and then randomly assigned to each Instant Win Prize available to be won (as described in Official Rule #7 below) to a Winning Timeslot. The first qualified entrant who completes a Instant Win Play in accordance with the online and above instructions (whose Instant Win Play is properly received and recorded by Sponsor's computer) at or after each Winning Timeslot will win the Instant Win Prize that was randomly preselected and assigned to that Winning Timeslot. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize strictly depend on the number of eligible Instant Win Plays received and the timing of such Instant Win Plays relative to the randomly selected Winning Timeslots, and not the specific pack selected by the player during the Instant Win Play. Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion is final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

    ALL INSTANT WIN PRIZE MESSAGES ARE SUBJECT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, AND VERIFICATION BY THE ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL ON ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION.

    All Instant Win Plays must be complete and verified to be eligible to win an Instant Win Prize. All participants agree that, subject to applicable law, Administrator, Sponsor and Sponsor's agents, affiliates or service providers may use participants' personal information submitted in this Promotion pursuant to the Sponsor’s privacy policy (See Section 12) and for purposes of prize fulfillment. No information regarding your participation in this Promotion, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed to any third party. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Instant Win Play by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that participant’s Instant Win Plays and their Sweepstakes entry, and that participant may be disqualified from participation in the Promotion. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

    Incomplete, corrupt, or untimely Instant Win Plays are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected email verifications, entries, Instant Win Plays; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission of any entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of participant, the authorized account holder of the email address used for participation in this Promotion will be deemed to be the email account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries and/or Instant Win Plays associated with an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.
  5. Instant Win Notification & Verification:  Instant Win Prize winners will be notified on-screen immediately after Instant Win Play. Instant Win Prize winners will receive an email following a winning Instant Win Play to verify winner eligibility and confirm their mailing address (“Instant Win Verification Email”). Instant Win Prize winners must complete the steps requested in the Instant Win Verification Email and within 72 hours of the sending of the email, in order to receive their Instant Win Prize. Failure to complete the requested steps in the Instant Win Verification email within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the Instant Win Prize. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for any Instant Win Verification Email that is late, misdirected, unanswered, not received or for any other technical glitch associated with the sending or receiving of the Instant Win Verification Email. Instant Win Plays are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor and may include anti-fraud detection measures; if Instant Win Plays are found to be reproduced, altered, forged, tampered with or unauthorized or if they fail to contain security codes used by Sponsor in the Promotion, they will be void. No Instant Win Prize will be awarded to an entrant that is determined to be ineligible and Sponsor shall have no further obligation or liability in respect thereof. If, due to an error of any kind, more participants are deemed to be Instant Win Prize winners, or more Instant Win Prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended number of Instant Win Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of Instant Win Prizes set forth in these Official Rules. All potential Instant Win Prize winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. A participant is not a winner of any prize unless and until participant's eligibility has been verified and participant has been notified that verification is complete.
  6. Sweepstakes Random Drawing.  On or about September 10, 2026, one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize, five (5) Sweepstakes First Prize and fifteen (15) Sweepstakes Second Prize winners will be randomly selected by Administrator from among all eligible entries/Instant Win Plays (from both winning and non-winning Instant Win Plays) received during the entire Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email on or about the day of the random drawing, to be sent to the email address associated with the potential Sweepstakes winner’s entry form, to verify eligibility and confirm the winner’s mailing address (“Sweepstakes Verification Email”). Sweepstakes Prize winners must complete the steps requested in the Sweepstakes Verification Email within 72 hours of the sending of the email, in order to receive their Sweepstakes Prize. Failure to complete the requested steps in the Sweepstakes Verification Email within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the Sweepstakes Prize. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for any Sweepstakes Verification Email that is late, misdirected, unanswered, not received or for any other technical glitch associated with the sending or receiving of the Sweepstakes Verification Email. In addition, the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity (where legal) release, as well as an IRS Form W9 (collectively, the “Prize Release Documents”) that will be attached to the Sweepstakes Verification Email, within seventy-two (72) hours of the sending of Email, or will forfeit their right to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. If the Sweepstakes Verification Email is returned as undelivered, goes unread by any potential Sweepstakes winner (including emails going into the potential winner’s SPAM folder) or if the potential Sweepstakes winner does not receive the Sweepstakes Verification Email for any reason, or fails to return the required Prize Release Documents, where applicable, within the seventy-two (72) hour deadline, or is otherwise found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner forfeits their right to their Sweepstakes Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole option, and that alternate winner, if applicable, will required to go through the same process as stated in above. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate Sweepstakes winners per Sweepstakes prize, and in the event Sponsor is unable to award that Sweepstakes Prize after the initial potential winner and all three (3) alternates, that Sweepstakes Prize will not be awarded. A form 1099 will be submitted to proper tax authorities for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depends on the number of eligible entries/Instant Win Plays that are received during the entire Promotion Period. If someone wins an Instant Win Prize, they are still eligible to win a Sweepstakes Prize.
  7. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”): 
    Instant Win Prizes (awarded during the entire Promotion Period): Up to 960 Instant Win Prizes (collectively, the “Instant Win Prizes”) will be available to be awarded in this Promotion. The Instant Win Prize consists of: a Fiji branded towel and tote bag, and a one (1) month supply of FIJI water (awarded in the form of an electronic code). ARV: $120.00 each.

    Total ARV of all Instant Win Prizes is $115,200.00. It is possible that all Instant Win Prizes available in this Promotion may be awarded prior to the end of the Promotion, and Sponsor shall not be liable for continuing to advertise any such Instant Win Prize availability throughout and until the end of the Promotion. Coupons are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as specified or accompanying the coupon, included any applicable expiration dates. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value for any reason, at its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any loss of Prize or portion of Prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners.

    Sweepstakes Prizes 
    One (1) Grand Prize –  A 2026 Jeep Wrangler (“Vehicle”), a FIJI Water custom-branded YETI TUNDRA cooler and, a one (1) year supply of FIJI water (awarded in the form of an electronic code coupon), and a check for $11,580.00 to help offset tax obligations. ARV: $51,005.00.

    Sweepstakes Grand Prize Vehicle Rules and Restrictions: The Vehicle specifications will be determined by Sponsor, at its sole discretion. The actual Vehicle awarded may not be exactly as pictured in the Promotion materials. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any Vehicle title and registration fees, any additional features, upgrades, or options to the Vehicle. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle, failure to show same may result in Sweepstakes Grand Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. Sponsor will ensure the title transfer of the Vehicle will occur to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner upon acceptance of delivery of the Vehicle, which must take place no later than forty-five (45) days after Administrators’ receipt of the completed and signed Prize Release documents. Sponsor will deliver the Vehicle directly to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner's residence. Upon accepting delivery and transfer of title of the Vehicle to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that neither Sponsor, Administrator, nor any other person associated with the distribution, development and execution of this Promotion and the Vehicle, or any of its respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or the actual fair market value of the Vehicle. Any warranties on the Vehicle are solely provided by the manufacturer. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Sweepstakes Grand Prize (including but not limited to, any taxes, title and registration fees, and any extended warranty, if offered to and accepted by the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner) not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. Selection of specific Vehicle (including the make, model, color, and options) will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Use of the Grand Prize is at the prize Winner’s sole risk. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must accept the Grand Prize as stated by Sponsor, or the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between the actual value of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and the approximate retail value set forth in these Official Rules may not be claimed and will not be awarded.

    Five (5) Sweepstakes First Prizes  – A GX7 Canon Camera000, and a six (6) month supply of FIJI water (awarded in the form of an electronic code coupon) - $1,600.00 each.

    Fifteen (15) Sweepstakes Second Prizes – A Sony WH-1000XM6 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones, and a three (3) month supply of FIJI water (awarded in the form of an electronic code coupon. ARV: $575.00 each.

    General Prize Rules and Restrictions: No substitution of Prize or Prize elements by any winner is permitted, but Sponsor may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Sweepstakes Prizes may not be transferred and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All warranties and guarantees of any product portions of any Prize are solely subject to the manufacturers’ warranties and guarantees. Federal, state, and local taxes on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Coupons are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on or accompanying any coupon, including any applicable expiration dates.

    The total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes to be awarded in connection with this Promotion (total Instant Win Prizes plus the Sweepstakes Grand Prize) is up at $67,630.00.

    The total ARV of all Prizes available to be awarded in this Promotion is $182,830.00. 
  8. How to Claim the Prizes: 
    Instant Win Prizes - Sponsor or Administrator will mail each Instant Win Prize to each Instant Win Prize winner within 4-8 weeks after each Instant Win Prize winner completes the steps requested in the Instant Win Verification Email as set forth in Official Rule 5. Undeliverable or returned mailing of any Instant Win Prize will result in disqualification, and the Instant Win Prize will be forfeited at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

    Sweepstakes Prizes - To claim the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, upon Administrator’s receipt of the signed Prize Release Documents, the Sponsor and/or Administrator will work with the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner to assist with arranging for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize to be delivered to the winner. Sponsor or Administrator will mail each Sweepstakes First Prize and Second Prize to each winner within 4 to 8 weeks after each Sweepstakes First and Second Prize winner completes the steps requested in the Sweepstakes Verification Email. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator are responsible for lost, late, delated, damaged, stolen or returned mailing of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
  9. General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Verification Emails; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of a message will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

    WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Instant Win Play process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion cannot be run as planned, including but not limited to, any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries/Instant Win Plays and (a) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel the Promotion and award all Instant Win Prizes claimed prior to cancellation, then award the remainder of Instant Win Prizes in a random drawings from among all eligible participants who made a Instant Win Play prior to cancellation.
  10. Release and Limitations of Liability:  By participating in this Promotion, participants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Instant Win Play process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Instant Win Prize notifications, Verification Emails; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, MAKING A INSTANT WIN PLAY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMICS, OR TERRORISM.

    BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SUCH SITE.

    WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS (INCLUDING NEW JERSEY) MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
  11. Publicity. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNERS GRANT TO SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR), AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER'S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.
  12. Disputes:  Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Central District of California or the appropriate State Court located in California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
